3. Buyer Terms

• Orders. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the listed item at the listed price. The order is confirmed once payment is processed and the seller accepts.
• Pricing & availability. Prices, promotions, and stock can change at any time. We try to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee they are error-free.
• Payment. Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers. You authorize us to charge the payment method you select.
• Shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided by sellers and shipping partners and are not guaranteed.
• Returns & refunds. Return eligibility, timelines, and refund handling are described at checkout and on the order page; sellers may have additional policies that apply to specific items.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers operate as independent businesses on our marketplace. By registering as a seller you agree to:

• Complete identity and business verification (KYC) before listing products.
• List only products you are legally permitted to sell, with accurate titles, descriptions, images, prices, and stock.
• Fulfill accepted orders promptly and provide tracking where applicable.
• Respond to buyer questions and support requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Pay applicable marketplace fees and accept payouts through the methods we support.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, tax, and product-safety rules.

We may suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these terms or harm buyers.

5. Marketplace Role

U Seller Store is a marketplace that facilitates transactions between independent sellers and buyers. We do not manufacture, store, or own most products listed on the site. Sellers are responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and accuracy of their listings. Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved through our support process.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content — including the brand name, logo, design, and code — belongs to U Seller Store or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without permission. By submitting content (listings, images, reviews, messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the marketplace.

7. Reviews & User Content

Reviews must reflect your honest experience. We may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or violates these terms. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law.
• Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
• Listing counterfeit, stolen, hazardous, or restricted goods.
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, search results, or pricing.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, U Seller Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless U Seller Store, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, harmful activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where U Seller Store is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved informally; if that fails, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
